Cinnamon Grove Gin distils small batches at Cinnamon Grove Farm on the edge of Haverfordwest, where the Thomas family, including company directors Richard and Dominic Thomas alongside Tracey Davies, converted a farm barn into a working distillery built around a copper still they named Ruby. Alongside a juniper-led original gin, the range extends to pink and flavoured versions in sloe and vanilla or cucumber and mint, plus vodka and rum, all made without artificial additives. The company markets itself as Pembrokeshire's first gin distillery, dating back to 2018. Visitors can call at the on-site shop in the Gin Barn every Thursday and Friday from 11am to 5pm, or arrange a visit by appointment outside those hours.
