The OrganicFarm Shop

Will and Hilary Chester-Master have farmed Abbey Home Farm organically since 1990 — six hundred and fifty hectares, Soil Association certified, on land Will's family held before him — and the Organic Farm Shop sells what the fields produce, with a café cooking from the same supply a few steps away. Around forty people work across the farming, the shop and the hospitality; a campsite sits in the woods, and even the textiles on the shelves run organic. Mondays are half days at the counter; otherwise six-day hours with Sunday mornings besides.
