Un Momento

Un Momento sits on Alexandria Drive in St Annes, run by Chef Peppe and his partner Alessia, who moved to Lytham in 2012 before opening the restaurant in 2019. The menu draws on both sides of Peppe's family history, pairing Sicilian and Sardinian dishes rather than a generic Italian card, with fish, cured meats and pasta made using imported ingredients rather than substitutes. Alessia runs the front of house, and the pair take private bookings for events outside normal service. The dining room is compact and closes on Tuesdays, opening from four in the afternoon the rest of the week. Peppe brings more than two decades of professional kitchen experience to the pass, and the small format keeps the kitchen focused on a short, changing list of dishes rather than a sprawling menu.
