Balnearn House stands on Crieff Road at the edge of Aberfeldy, at the foot of the Birks of Aberfeldy Walk, and is run as a bed and breakfast by owners Claire and Mark Dimmock. The house has six ensuite bedrooms and sits within three-quarters of an acre of garden, including a gazebo and several outdoor seating areas. The property is positioned on the edge of the town rather than in its centre, giving guests a short walk into Aberfeldy for shops and restaurants while keeping direct access to the Birks walking route.
