An independent microbrewery operating from Southedge Works in Hipperholme, founded in 1999 by David Earnshaw and producing cask ales in small batches for local pubs and its own adjoining tap, the Cock o' the North. Brewing began in Brighouse before the operation moved to this Hipperholme site in 2002.
