Isle ofSkye Brewery

The Isle of Skye Brewing Company (Leann an Eilein) Ltd works from The Pier at Uig, with a brewery shop open to visitors. Grains are milled on site for control over flavour and freshness, and local berries and plants are hand-picked when an ale needs extra bitterness. Bottled ales are sold as mixed cases of twelve or six-bottle bags, alongside Skye Gin The Storr and The Griffin, and Skye Vodka.
