Knoydart Brewery

Knoydart Brewery works from part of an old chapel in Inverie, within the 85 square miles of roadless wilderness between Loch Nevis and Loch Hourn where the population stands at around 120; most people and supplies arrive by boat. Brewing is on a 60-litre HERMS pilot kit and a 5bbl plant with four fermenters, using water from the Millburn out of Glen Guiserein and grain from Muntons. Six beers, including The Seven Men at 4.5% and Dubh-Lochain Porter.
