Raven Press Gallery is the working studio of wood engraver Kathleen Lindsley and photographer Nick Carter, in a croft cottage at Colbost in north-west Skye that the pair restored as studio and gallery in 2001. Lindsley cuts end-grain boxwood and sometimes lemonwood blocks, editioning prints on fine papers with an Albion hand press; her private press work includes the Fleece Press, Whittington Press and the Folio Society. Open Monday to Friday, Easter to October, 10am to 5pm.
