A small family-owned coffee shop, cafe and bar occupying Barker Tower, built in the 14th century to collect a toll from visitors entering York. Coffees, teas, cakes and bacon breakfast rolls are served in the dungeon or at tables outside; the bar runs to wines, spirits, aperitifs and cocktails, including a signature Espresso Martini. The dungeon can be booked for private functions.
