Ballyriff Buffalo

Northern Ireland's only water buffalo farm, run by the same family from a smallholding in the foothills of the Sperrins. The farm shop sells buffalo beef, burgers and sausages, prized for leaner, lower-cholesterol meat than standard beef, alongside bacon and ham reared and processed on site.
