Balnearn House

Balnearn House stands on Crieff Road at the edge of Aberfeldy, at the foot of the Birks of Aberfeldy Walk, and is run as a bed and breakfast by owners Claire and Mark Dimmock. The house has six ensuite bedrooms and sits within three-quarters of an acre of garden, including a gazebo and several outdoor seating areas. Guests park in a private off-street car park fitted with an electric vehicle charging point. Breakfast is cooked to order each morning and included in the room rate. The property is positioned on the edge of the town rather than in its centre, giving guests a short walk into Aberfeldy for shops and restaurants while keeping direct access to the Birks walking route. Balnearn House operates as a single guest house, with no sister properties or additional branches.
