Caithness Smokehouse

The most northerly smokehouse on the UK mainland, run by John Inglis using traditional cold- and hot-smoking methods. Smokes salmon, trout, haddock, cod, hand-dived Orkney scallops and Dornoch Firth mussels, sold from the shop at Inkstack and by mail order.
