Stoney Bakers

Stony Bakers works from No.10 on Stony Stratford High Street, Buckinghamshire, in a space once home to Greens Butchers. Bread, bakes and sweet things are made on site each day, with the bakers starting at 4am. The sourdough uses three ingredients and a decade-aged starter, given a slow 24-hour fermentation. Also filled doughnuts, sticky buns, brownies, cookies and cream pastries; loaves, bloomers and multiseed rolls can be pre-ordered from £3.
