The Farmers Arms occupies a modernised nineteenth-century farmhouse at Lon Y Deri in the village of Llanybri, between Laugharne and St Clears. Wayne Rees runs the pub as a freehouse through The Farmers Arms Ltd, rotating a single changing cask ale alongside regulars such as Evan Evans Warrior and Wye Valley Butty Bach. A cosy bar with a log burner sits alongside a separate restaurant, a games room and a dog-friendly beer garden with parking available. The kitchen cooks a seasonal menu in house, with vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options, served for lunch and dinner alongside takeaway orders. For group bookings the pub runs its own minibus service to collect and drop off passengers locally, and it operates a community shop from the premises. Opening hours run from five in the evening on weekdays, ten on Saturdays and noon on Sundays.
