Floral Haven

Floral Haven has occupied its corner site at 2 Kildrostan Street in Pollokshields since founder Shaheen Khan opened the shop in June 2000. The florist works to order from a chiller of seasonal stock, building hand-tied bouquets and arrangements for weddings and funerals as well as walk-in trade, and stocks designer plants and pots alongside cut flowers. Its position in the Kildrostan triangle, a small cluster of independent shops within the Victorian garden suburb, has made it a fixture for residents collecting flowers on the way home. The business remains a single Pollokshields shop under Khan's ownership rather than part of a wire-service chain, with orders taken by phone or in person for local delivery.
