Giancarlo and Michelle Miggiano named their micro-roastery after their daughter Penelope. Operating from Chapman Way in Tunbridge Wells, they roast single-origin specialty beans to order and grind each bag to match the buyer's brewing method, from filter to espresso. Giancarlo trained as a roaster and placed in the UK top ten at the 2023 SCA Roasting Championship. The unit doubles as a working roastery and small coffee bar, with bags packed in fully recyclable packaging alongside house-baked goods, matcha and chai. It sits an eight-minute walk from High Brooms station. Open Friday and Saturday only, the space suits people who want to watch beans weighed and ground rather than just poured across a counter.
