Gray-Webster Gallery

Simon Webster and Jonathan Gray run their fine art gallery from Nevill Street on the Pantiles in Tunbridge Wells, close to the town's historic colonnaded parade. Webster spent thirty years in the fine art trade before opening the gallery, while Gray, a City background behind him, brings decades of his own picture collecting to the selection. Between them they exhibit paintings and drawings by established modern British artists, favouring landscape, figurative and abstract work over the contemporary media found in larger commercial spaces. Beyond selling from the gallery walls, the pair offer valuations for insurance, probate and family division, source specific artists' work to commission, and provide restoration for paintings and works on paper in a range of media. The gallery keeps a changing hang rather than a fixed permanent collection.
