Rifleman's Table

Rifleman's Table operates from a café-kitchen in Salisbury's Cathedral Close, next to The Rifles Berkshire and Wiltshire Museum in the former Wardrobe building. Open seven days from nine until four, it serves locally roasted coffee, cakes and light lunches made with produce sourced from Wiltshire suppliers where possible. Behind the café lies a walled garden, used for private hire, weddings and small functions through an associated catering partner. Described by its owners as their first outlet, the business is run as a small independent company rather than part of a wider group. Its Close-side position places it among some of Salisbury's oldest buildings, with the Cathedral and its surrounding houses forming the immediate setting for the café's outdoor seating.
