Yorkshire Brewhouse was founded in 2017 by Jon Constable and Simon Cooke, brewing from premises on Goulton Street in Hull. The pair started with a 200-litre plant and have since expanded to 2,500-litre batches, producing cask, bottle-conditioned and bag-in-box beer. Their range includes Reet, a pale ale named after the Yorkshire dialect word, and Faithful, a stout brewed in partnership with a local rugby league club. Beer is supplied to pubs, shops and restaurants across East Yorkshire and sold direct to drinkers through the brewery's own online shop, since there is no public taproom on site. Orders can also be placed by phone or email for local collection or delivery, and the brewery continues to add new seasonal beers to its regular range.
