A bakery and adjoining tea room inside Penmaenmawr's Victorian glass-roofed Oxford Arcade, baking bread, cakes and pies fresh each morning from locally sourced ingredients. The tea room seating is Laurel and Hardy themed and is run day to day by the owner and his wife.
