The HenleyDistillery

The Henley Distillery makes Henley Gin from a working farm site at Hampstead Farm in Binfield Heath, outside Henley-on-Thames, where Jacob Wilson set up the operation in 2021 as a 28-year-old master distiller. The single-site distillery was named New Distillery of the Year at the Gin Guide Awards 2022, and Henley Gin won Best English London Dry at the World Gin Awards 2022, as well as a gold medal at the Gin Masters the same year. Small batches are produced using copper-pot methods, with recipe development carried out on site by Wilson and a small team. The distillery hosts tastings and tours from the farm by appointment, and runs no other production or retail premises beyond Hampstead Farm.
