Family-run smokehouse at St Monans producing hot- and cold-smoked salmon and other seafood, continuing a local smoking trade that dates to the 1960s. Run by Colin Reekie and Billy Morris, both from St Monans fishing families, supplying wholesale customers across Scotland as well as selling direct from their unit on the industrial estate.
