The cafe kitchen serves breakfast and lunch daily, closing earlier than the shop itself. Ingredients are sourced locally where the business can manage it, and the counter staff double as bakers and shop assistants depending on the hour. It functions as one combined operation rather than separate tenants under one roof, with a single till and a single family behind every part of the business.
