Cafe Arriba occupies a brightly painted corner of Gladstone Buildings on Quay Brae, looking over Portree harbour. The kitchen rewrites its menu daily, running breakfast service until noon alongside soups, paninis and daily specials, with vegan and gluten-free dishes available on request. Dogs are welcome inside, and regulars know to expect a changing chalkboard rather than a fixed printed menu. The cafe currently runs counter service only, a response to ongoing staffing shortages common across Skye's hospitality trade. Opening hours run Thursday to Monday, 8am to 4pm, though the cafe warns these can shift at short notice. Coffee is paired with cake and pastries baked in-house.
