Pharmacie CoffeeRoasters

Pharmacie is a micro-roastery and espresso bar operating from a unit on the Cliffe Industrial Estate, on the east side of Lewes. The team roasts single-origin lots from producers in Rwanda, Uganda, Guatemala, Peru and Brazil alongside a house blend called The Cure, sold as beans, filter and espresso. A subscription service rotates through new single origins each month, and slot-roasting is available for other local businesses wanting their own coffee under a private label. The espresso bar runs seven days a week and hosts semi-regular brunch takeovers with guest chefs from around Sussex. Bags are sold through the on-site counter and online, with wholesale accounts supplying several cafes and restaurants across the county. The space doubles as an informal venue for cupping sessions open to the public.
