A family cheesemaker working from Leachfield Grange near Thirsk since 1989, when Judy Bell began making cheese for customers with a cow's milk allergy. The dairy hand-crafts a range of cow, sheep and buffalo milk cheeses including Yorkshire Blue, the first blue cheese made in the county in thirty years, with orders collected direct from the farm on set days each week.
