An underground tasting venue in Edinburgh's Old Town, built into vaults at 1 Barrie's Close that once served as the city's first purpose-built bank and later a prison for around two centuries. Guided whisky, gin and beer tastings run alongside a historic coffee tour tracing Scotland's coffee trade, with a rare 1878 Crossley engine on display in the vaulted rooms. Bespoke tastings can be arranged for private groups by request.
