The second Bearded Baker site, at 22 Rodney Street in Edinburgh, opened after seven years of the original blue shop further up the road at number 46 — count the steps between the two and the name explains itself. Filled bagels, including the "Beggel", plus waffles and coffee to sit in or take away until 3pm. The bakery itself works from here, so the selection of baked goods is smaller. No bookings, first come first served.
