Tower brewery founded in 1849 by farmer John Harris and still owned by his descendants, the Harris and Clarke families. Cask ales are delivered to local pubs by a pair of shire horses, and the original Victorian steam engine is still run on brewing days. The site includes a visitor centre with brewery tours and a shop.
