Mellors Farmers & Butchers has traded from the Bull Ring in Horncastle since 1982, run by the Mellor family who have farmed locally since the 1960s. The shop sells home-fed beef, local pork and lamb, and is known regionally for its Lincolnshire sausages and traditional stuffed chine, with meat supplied from the family's own farm five miles away.
