The Windmill Inn occupies a Grade II listed building on Main Street in Linton, a village on the edge of Wetherby, with parts of the structure dating to 1564. Independently owned and run, it operates as a working pub with a seasonal menu built around locally sourced ingredients, including steak and ale pie, fish and chips, and a Sunday roast. Original wooden beams, stone floors and open fires remain from its centuries as a village inn, and real ales are kept on hand pump. A beer garden opens through the summer months, and two boutique bedrooms built into the stone arches either side of the building offer overnight stays. The pub serves drinks daily, with food available from late morning through evening, Tuesday to Saturday.
